MEET MEGAN
Hi there!
Thank you for checking out my website. I am a recent English Literature graduate with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Greenwich.
I have a passion for all things literature, with a keen interest on contemporary writing. I also thoroughly enjoy writing poetry and flash fictions.
Here you will find a combination of my academic works, my creative writings, and some projects that I have put my heart and soul into. I would love for you to take a look.
If you are interested in reaching out, I will happily get back to you as soon as I can, whether you have any inquiries about my works, opinions you want to share, or any good book recommendations.
EXPERIENCE
Having completed BA in English Literature with a focus on Creative Writing, I primarily focused on studying modern writing, critical theory, literature, and publishing, as well as international bestsellers. I have a strong background in research methods and am skilled in communication and presenting. I am dedicated to continuously seeking opportunities to enhance my work, supported through relevant experience in teaching and customer service roles. I am looking to join a company that offers professional growth through challenges while fostering a collaborative environment for both the business and its clients.
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Intermezzo: A Ballet Adaptation-
Partnered with a colleague in my undergraduate final project in which we took Intermezzo (2024) and conceptualized a Royal Opera and Ballet adaptation of the book in collaboration with Ballet Ireland, choregraphed by Wayne McGregor. The final product reflects a true Royal Ballet programme
Marketing Project: Movie Concept of Three Weeks-
Co-developed a marketing scheme for the 1907 Elinor Gyn novel, promoting the project as a ‘Gatsby x Saltburn’ aesthetic, reaching out to targeted audiences through social media campaigns, targeted ads, and simulated pop-up events.
Wicked University of GreenWitch Marketing Campaign-
Collaborated on a high-profile marketing campaign promoting the Wicked (2024) movie in partnership with the university. Played a key role in conceptualizing and producing content, including filming and editing materials tailored for the student union, driving awareness and excitement for the collaboration.
Social Media Marketing for EB Crystals-
Volunteered as a content creator in Camden Market, producing multimedia content to showcase handmade products and elevate the shop’s unique atmosphere. Outperformed in managing social media platforms, curating visually appealing posts, and driving customer interaction through storytelling and creative marketing strategies.
Guest Speaker, University Staff Workshop on Ethical AI Use-
Interviewed to advise academic staff on integrating AI into university teaching while preserving student critical thinking. Discussed intent-driven AI use, the need for human-technology translation, risks of algorithmic bias, and the environmental impact of AI adoption.
